Joining The Gold Coin Loyalty Rewards Program

Make a purchase at our Parts Department at the counter, by phone or mail, or online in our web store and request a Loyalty Rewards Card. If you’d like a card without making a purchase, just request one! For all cards issued, we will need your name, mailing address, phone number, and e-mail address.

There is no charge to join!

Earning Points

Points are earned for purchases of replacement parts and accessories from the Gold Coin Parts Department. Points are not earned for any freight/shipping charges, sales tax, finance charges or interest, nor are they automatically earned on equipment purchases (washers, dryers, bill-changers, debit card systems, soap venders, water heaters, tables and chairs) or service calls. Points may be earned on purchases made in person, by phone, by mail, or online through our web store.

Earn one point for each $1.00 spent in whole numbers rounded down (eg. $56.01 and $56.99 would both earn 56 points).

When paying by cash, check, credit card, or PayPal, points will usually be added to your account immediately. In some situations, points may take up to seven days to be credited to your account.

When purchasing items on an open account, points will be activated within seven days of receipt of payment as each invoice is paid in full.

When the unused point total reaches 5,000 points, we will add 1,000 bonus points automatically. When the unused point total reaches 10,000 points, we will add another 2,000 bonus points automatically!

Gold Coin may run occasional promotions for unique ways to earn points.

Items purchased before a Loyalty Rewards account was activated are not eligible to earn points. Points do not expire, however they are not transferable.

Points have no cash value and must be redeemed as shown below.

Redemption

Points may be redeemed at any time after your account total reaches 1,000 points. All points must be redeemed at once, on one sales receipt or invoice, bringing your points total down to zero. Points may be redeemed toward replacement parts or accessories purchased through the Gold Coin Parts Department. Points may not be redeemed toward any freight/shipping charges, sales tax, finance charges or interest, nor can they be redeemed for equipment purchases (washers, dryers, bill-changers, debit card systems, soap venders, water heaters, tables and chairs) or service calls. Any balance left on that sales receipt/invoice after redemption (not including tax, etc. as above) will be eligible to earn points.

At redemption time, you will receive a $1.00 credit to use as payment for every 100 points redeemed.

Though we will make every effort to locate a forgotten number, the customer/account holder is ultimately responsible for presenting the card (or supplying the card #) when making purchases or redemptions.

Gold Coin is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards, or for stolen points.

Though we have no immediate plans to do so, Gold Coin reserves the right to add to or change the Loyalty Rewards Program terms and conditions at any time. This means for example that Gold Coin may change the number of points earned when spending, may change the number of points required to earn a discount, may impose an earnings cap, may change the way points are earned, may change the point balance amount where automatic bonuses are added, may add new ways to earn points, or may change the rules regarding redeeming points.

This program is for retail customers only, not for resellers or mechanics (sorry).
